«Лжеепископы продолжают вербовать»: секта «Царская империя» действует под Ульяновском даже после ареста лидеров

The religious group known as "Царская империя", suspected of harboring two sisters missing from Санкт-Петербург, continues its operations in the Ульяновская область, despite the arrest of its leaders. This update was provided by priest Vladimir Manyakov, who heads the missionary department of the Симбирская епархия, как сообщает "РИА Новости".
The "Лиза Алерт" search and rescue team in Санкт-Петербург announced that on the evening of February 9, a father reported his two daughters, aged 11 and 18, missing. Preliminary findings from operational services suggest the sisters are in the Ульяновская область with their mother, potentially affiliated with the "Царская империя" sect. The details are currently under investigation.
Когда руководителей секты арестовали, секта никуда не делась. То есть там есть лжеепископы, лжеигумении... Люди как жили, так и живут. То есть все продолжается: они читают воззвания, они ждут его (основателя секты Леонида Власова, которого судят по двум статьям УК). Сначала они ждали, что его освободят, и тем самым его оправдают. Сейчас они, видимо, понимают, что оправдания не будет, они просто из него делают мученика. Развитие секты не закончилось, оно идет дальше, - рассказал Маняков.
Маняков also stated that the cohesion among the followers currently relies on their leader"s influence. However, he believes the group"s structure might dissolve once a verdict is reached in the criminal case.
According to Маняков, the activities of "Царская империя" have been monitored since 2018. Over time, its adherents made attempts to establish themselves in various regions, including Псковская, Ярославская, и Волгоградская области. Eventually, they settled in the village of Айбаши in the Старомайнский district of Ульяновская область, where Леонид Власов"s grandmother once lived. Followers of the group also purchased properties in nearby settlements.
The founder of "Царская империя" is recognized by his adherents as Elder Zosima. They consider him to be a patriarch, the emperor of a fictional "Триединая Русь," and the prophet Ilya simultaneously. Маняков pointed out that Власов has multiple past convictions for serious offenses, such as rape and theft. Currently, a Самарский court is hearing a criminal case against Власов under Part 2 of Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Establishment of a non-commercial organization whose activities involve inducing citizens to refuse to perform civil duties) and Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Public calls for terrorist activities). Court documents reveal that three other individuals are also facing charges alongside him under Article 239 of the Criminal Code.
Напомним, 26 декабря 2025 года правоохранительные органы Санкт-Петербурга пресекли деятельность проукраинской религиозной организации "Школа единого принципа". Деятельность этой организации была остановлена, а ее руководители, Ольга Даутова и Сергей Христофоров, были уволены из высших учебных заведений. На момент проведения операции на собрании секты присутствовало около 70 человек из разных регионов России.
